Over the past 30 years ,the Chinese economic has developed greatly , products provided by Chinese's corporation are becoming richer. However, the products sailed in the market has defect ,which led to the personal consumer body and property damage incidents have appeared in large numbers, and cause harm to social order. But China has no system to prevent the occurrence of damage , can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Therefore, China to establish defective products recall system is necessary.Defect Product Recall reflects responsible attitude to consumer of corporation, Also meet the needs of the market economic development .promote corporation strive to raise the level of technology, to increase research and development efforts in product and market, and to promote social progress, ensure the survival of the fittest, conservation of limited resources, make it l be fully effective use. The rugulation" Defective Automobile Products Recall Management Regulations" passed are saying that China began to try to find a way in defective product recall system.Through the relevant national legislation and practice inspection, this writer believes that there may also be necessary to establish defective products recall system. First, remove the existing form of local legislative model replaced by a unified "Defective Product Recall Law." Secondly, in terms of content, regardless of the adoption of a uniform model of it ought to be or it is to be of legislation in different areas of the model, defective product recall system must define the most basic, core areas, such as product,defects and recall, etc. Third, it should establish relevant facilities to accurately identified deficiencies and take prompt action. From the perspective of domestic enterprises, the recall system's starting point is to protect the interests of consumers directly. In the short term it will bring greater pressure, increase the costs and reduce the profits of enterprises.
