Study Of Civic And Moral Education Of The Moral Sentiments

Cultivating citizen's good moral quality is an important aim of the citizen moral education, to which the moral feelings plays an important role. Now morality hiatus is a serious problem. Lots of immoral behavior appears because of the missing of moral feelings. Therefore doing some research on the moral feelings will mean so much in citizen moral education.There are four parts in this thesis: Part I gives a general description and demonstration of the moral feelings, including the definition of the moral feelings, characters of the moral feelings and the confined factors of moral feelings. Part II gives the overall introduction of moral feeling's important effect in the process of moral education. Moral education includes moral conscience and moral behavior. On the one hand, moral feelings have great effect on moral recognition, moral belief, and moral willpower; On the other hand, moral feeling plays an important role in moral selection, moral behavior, moral value and moral quality. Part III pays attention to the analysis of the missing of moral feelings, including the phenomena and the reasons. The reasons for the moral indifference, the weakening of moral belief are the inefficiency of moral education and inconsistence of the morality and the benefits. Part IV aims to put forward some methods for the cultivating of the people are moral feeling, including individual aspect and social aspect. There are three main points on individual aspect. They are enhancing moral recognition; there are also three social measures to promote the moral feelings of the whole nation, including creating the good moral environment and so on.
