Criminal Forced Measures, as an important system in Criminal Procedure, has many affinities with protection of franchise. An amendment of Criminal Law in 1996 in China, expatiated major problems of protecting human rights in criminal forced measures, stressed differences between protection of suspects' rights at Criminal Forced Measures and international judicial standards, analyzed reasons for causing these differences at ideological and institutional levels, and proposed measures to reform and reinforce protective system in Criminal Forced Measures. |
