It has been tempter by kinds of social system, legal thinking, national culture during it's historical proceeding, and it is still vigorous now. Jury system is the witness of the western legal tradition's developing proceeding, it play an important role is western legal system. Jury system has been transplanted by China in 20 century, it has play an special role in the particular age. Nowadays , when we put forward the conception of law ,the people is cold to the jury system, but the judicial department is very zealous to it. In this article, I want to recognize legal tradition, by reading the western jury system's history, And discussing the value of people's assessors in nowadays, by the reviewing of the history of Chinese transplanting the jury system and the inspecting of the system of people's assessors.
