Study In Taiwan Of Money Politics And Public Works Scandal Relationship

In this article, the author makes analysis on the status quo and causes of the "Black Gold" Politics in Tai Wan, the status quo of the public works process as an important way of the "Black Gold" Politics capital reclaim system, and the reasons for enabling the "Black Gold" to get involved in the public works.And the author believes that the "Black Gold" Politics in Tai Wan, as a reduction of the social and political problems in Tai Wan, has deep social sources and it is closely related to the current political turmoil in Tai Wan, such as Ethnic Politics, Populism, Attachment Politics, etc..This article is divided to five parts, the first to define the cocept of "Black Gold" Politics and analyse its character; the second to analyse the ecosystem of the "Black Gold" Politics; the third to explain the reasons for "Black Gold" Politics' involement in public works; the fourth to analyse the reasons and operation method of the public works scandals ; the last to think about the future of "Black Gold" Politics in Tai Wan.
