The Article 5 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China stipulates that "the state upholds the uniformity and dignity of the socialist legal system" and "manages state affairs according to law". It has been set as the fundamental principle for governing the country. And it has also been set as the direct objective for building a socialist country under the rule of law. To achieve this great goal, the higher jurispradential education plays a very important role. With the popularization and extension of higher education, the single cultivating mode of the present university education of jurisprudence is confronting many challenges. This essay aims at exploring the reform of jurisprudential education cultivating mode, proposing a classified undergraduate jurisprudential education mode, with the ultimate goal to improve the quality of talents in jurisprudential major, all the above analysis based on the existing problems in the present undergraduate jurisprudential education system. The essay consists of five parts. The first part is to straightly propose the connotation and basic features of the classified undergraduate jurisprudential education mode .The second part is to elaborate theoretical principles of the classified undergraduate jurisprudential cultivating mode. By reviewing the history and present situation, the third part is to indicate the current problems, which lie in jurisprudential cultivating mode at the college level, and analyze the motivation of the classified undergraduate jurisprudential cultivating mode .The fourth part is to construct three distinctive modes of jurisprudential cultivating mode of undergraduate, which conform to the actual conditions of China. The last part proposes several measures for transferring both conception and system innovation in respect of the adherence of jurisprudential cultivating mode of undergraduate.
