Criminal Integration Perspective, The Creation Of The Criminal Law Course

Now there are some important disciplines in the domain of criminal law. However, in the course of criminal law education and teaching at Law College, we always stress science of criminal law but neglect others. We pay little attention to criminology, penology, criminal victimology and science of criminal policy. In order to make undergraduates comprehensively master criminal law knowledge, the thesis examines the matter from Criminal law Integration angles and puts forward a proposal to open a new course. This course is a kind of integrated curriculum about criminal law. The thesis includes preface, text and concluding remarks and there are four respects in the text. In Chapter 1, the thesis gives a brief account of the new course. In Chapter 2, the thesis summarizes the course's background and practical significance. In Chapter 3, the thesis studies the course's theory foundation and basis method; In Chapter 4, the thesis discusses specific design of the course.
