With the rapid development of market economy of socialist and reforms ,the democratic politic and law buildings of socialist is in a new period.The awareness of law is strengthen in citizen.Lighten punishment as an important sort of socialistic law building is more and more important for people and more people also pay close attention to it.This becauses lighten punishment relates to the benefit of prisoners and their families.Now in several years,with development of society lighten punishment is also strengthened and improved.A series of rules and regulations about lighten punishment are made in prison in reality .These will make lighten punishment more transtarent,standard and scientific.But because of reasons,there are defects in lighten punishment.It is for people to better understand importance of lighten punishment.It is for people to execute punishment better.It is for people to protect civil right.From the angle of reality,I explain the lighten punishment mainly about theory and character,condition,reform in making laws etc.My opinion is from my working experience in several years.These will make people pay attention to making laws,judicature and theory terms.By the spirit of law and criminal policy,the goal of punitive invocation is educating and reforming prisoner and letting them return to society earlier .Finally ,they will be legel citizen.Through punishment to prisoner , punitive invocation can reach the goal of educating and reforming prisoner,preventing criminal.Prisoners can contrite their criminal and be gulity through subjective and objective reform in labour. They will contribute to country and society.This will be affirmly valued especially by law.This is fair and judicial in society. Lighten punishment as an important kind of punitive invocation affects prisoner deeply.Lighten punishment is very important for prisoners. Doing well in lighten punishment is also important for us.This is benefit for executing punishment correctly,for reforming prisoners,for protecting legal rights of prisoners,for safeguarging order in prison and for building harmony society.
