It can promote the economy development. The registration effect is the core of the real estate registration system. It is different in the country's law. It has characteristic on the registration effect. Our country's Reality of laws has trough and announcement at March 16,2007. It will take effect at October 1, 2007.Reality of laws have made the relative unification stipulation to the effect of real estate registration . It could standardize and promote our country's real right circulation. Yet it still exist insufficiency in actual situation. The real estate registration is a role system. It take effect through the entity and the procedure together. Although the reality of laws is relative consummation in the registration entity law ,but it hasn't form a unified system in the registration procedure. The resist's effect realized by the registration procedure. The effect unable to realize if no real estate registration procedure to regard. This article attempts to study the consummation between registration procedure and registration effect to set up the unite registration law system .This article is divided into five parts. First part: introduce the elementary theory of real estate registration and its effect. Study the basic principle; Second part: study the relation between the real estate registration and the registration effect. Through compare to the different registration effect model and study the function of registration effect under different registration procedure. Summarizes the function in the real estate registration that the requisition procedure, the examination way, the registration institution to registers effect. It point out the pattern that we should be adopt; Third part: Our country's real estate registration effect pattern and its characteristic. Fourth part: the sufficient in our country's real registration .Analysis our country real estate registration effect and the characteristic, summarize our country real estate registration effect is various pattern because the effect is not unified, A kind of registration procedure is adopt by all registration effect. So it need the procedure to safeguard the effect. Fifth part: the consummation of our country real estate registration. Because the registration system is not perfect .It brings inconvenient for the judicial practice. We point out our country's real estate registration system should be further clearly from four aspects at the registration institution, the consummation registration book, the registration examination, the registration compensates to perform consummate.
