Usually assurance occurs between the corporations which are connected due to some economical reasons .In this article we name it the connected assurance .The connected assurance mainly talked about in this article is not only studied foromally but also substantially.Our goal is that we can solve the problem that the connected assurance which is unfair should be acknowledged inefficiently.The full text altogether is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduced the manifestation mode of the connected assurance,which is usually existed in the corporations in our country. The second and third parts are mainly about what is the reason in the formation of the connected assurance.The third part mainly analysizes the domestic and abroad laws which are related to the connected assurance.The last part ,in view of practice, we investigated some model cases ,from which we can discover some important news that we can better evasive the risks due to the connected assurance by amendments of some important laws like the corporate law, and so on.
