Nowadays "Human Rights" has developed newly and widely influenced from theory to practice, but the understanding of human rights is different in different rules and different country. Marx's thought of human rights is the most important part of Marxism, which is a fruitful theory treasure-house. This essay analyzes the significance of the human rights in the peaceful and developing days through the research of Marx's thought of human rights. Recently, western scholars put forward some ideas about "human rights without country", "human rights above sovereignty", and Humanitarian Intervention, which helps human rights to be the foreign policy of capitalism country and the tool to spread the value and ideology through the world. Under this condition, it is more important to intensify the research and publicity of Marx's thought of human rights, promote the knowledge of international human rights conflict's essence, advance the ability of identifying the right or wrong to theory of human rights ,and follow the people-oriented principle, in order to construct harmonious society well.
