| The general regulations are researched and explored in the historic process of studying international investment liberation and the historical stage for the international direct investment is illustrated and explained with the respect of history in China. The motivation of international investment liberation has been stated, in the angle of its causes, furthermore, the writer present the effects and functions on the reconstruction for the law of foreign investment enterprise. With the respect of the connection between the international investment liberation with the law of foreign investment enterprise,the impacts and influence over the body of such law are analyzed, furthermore, the path and mode are asserted for the reconstruction of law of the foreign investment enterprise. Finally, the author point out what should be mentioned and the measures taken in such reconstruction, considering the present circumstance and on the guidance of the some theory. The scientific design for the direction and some suggestions on the exact institution are presented, in the logical access of history, theory, reality and future demand, in the development to the law of the foreign investment enterprise. |
