Contemporary Criminal Procedure Justice

The concept of procedural justice rises from England and inherits and develops in the United States. Various theory about procedural value appeared in many countries. In traditional Chinese culture there is no procedure justice as a value category. Procedural justice was becoming more and more attention-getting with the development of society and new requests to law system. But most angle of view of people are how to realize procedure justice in criminal prosecution. The article will expound the content, value and problem of procedure justice of criminal prosecution in China by using theory analytic of jurisprudence, and then find countermeasures to strive for realizing procedural justice in criminal prosecution, and thereby to show the value of law justice.
