| Since the reforming and opening-up policy is implemented, our socialist market economy has been developed and increasingly improved. Although the legal system of trade secrets protection in our country was established shortly before, much attention has been given on legislation of trade secrets protection. Provisions of trade secrets protection has been given accordingly in the following such as"Law Against Unfair Competition","Labor Law","Contract Law","Criminal Law"and some administrative codes and regulations. However, we can realize through judicial practice that our legal system has some shortages in comparison with developed countries. The author suggests that our legislation should be further strengthened and improved in the aspects of legal system, trade secrets protection limitation, system of defense and legal aid and so on. |
