In order to analyze the lapse of rules, the author tries to study themigrants of Gaokao in China where is happening great vicissitude ofsystems. The study of academe usually focused on educational fairness,the equal rights to be educated and review of educational constitution.But the author thinks it is a result of the lapse of rules for the migrants ofGaokao, where is happening great vicissitude of systems. So the authorgives four steps to testify his viewpoint. Firstly, the author lists threeexamples about the migrants of Gaokao. Secondly, the author interpretswhy the rules of Gaokao are invalidation and what cause the vicissitudeof system in education. In the third part, the authorcarries on the discussion to the theory foundation of rules and system,and he points that the migrants of Gaokao result from the lapse of rules.In the forth part, the author writes how to solve the question of themigrants of Gaokao.In the conclusion of article, the author points what is law out. It is aresult of system, and it is out of the logic and consciousness.The article tried to argue vigorously by the logic reasons. The authorused the method which the theoretical analysis and the real diagnosis analysis unifies to launch the research, paid great attention to otherdiscipline in particular material and so on sociology research results andstatistical data utilization, hoped the reliable reasonable proof can beprovided in this article.
