In modern military academy management, the human resource management has become a vital content, the military teacher troop is a special community that trains the talented cadets, and it is the foundation of military academy. Only high quality teacher troops can train the new military talented cadets of high character. Military teacher troop management is the foundation and the main content of human resource management of military academy, strengthening the teacher troop management is an important assurance of the education reform and development. But, the long-term peaceful environment makes the governor lack disaster thinking, the technique officers and the technique rank make part of teachers lack aggressive, and military academy has not form the idea of teacher is the foundation of education, and when the teachers go into the society, they can't enjoy the equal treatment with other officers etc. Thus, our military teachers lack cultural and technology character, and their modern teaching level needs to rise. So we must set up the idea of regarding military teachers as the principle of human resource management. So we must do this: Take teachers as the origin of the military academy; Take teachers as the principle of development; Take teachers as management principle. The idea of regarding teacher as principle of human resource management should do this: Control the entrance into military teacher; Grasp the teacher training; Carry out the new mode management; Construct good environment; Grasp the management through results.
