Women's Federation which is a women community under the lead of Communist Party bridges the Party and government with women. In several decades practice, Women's Federation has formed her unique politics superiority, organization superiority and the populace superiority, and plays an unsubstituted role in striving for the social equal rights for Chinese women. Her own operation mechanism and development, regardless of today or future, affects Chinese woman's developing advancement.
