The Communist Party of Russian Federation (CPRF) was founded in the late Soviet Union's precariously. In the short decade, the CPRF has experienced from banned to growing up, from the party of outside the system to the largest party in parliament which aroused great public concern. But after a short period of glory, the CPRF is at low ebb, both internal and external. The CPRF hold the "the creed of CPRF" as the party's banner after Reconstruction. Meanwhile, the CPRA adjust their strategies under the subjective and objective conditions, promptly showing the party's flexibility. Despite the success, the theory of the CPRA is far from mature and system integrity, its theoretical exploration is still facing many problems. In the decades, the Russian Communist Party has been committed to building the party's organization. To some extent, it has realized its own structural changes. However, the breakup from the different opinions, the repeated cuts, the old aging, far from the masses, the issue has been around the CPRF, and even threat the survival of the party. The party's organizational building is still a long way to go.As the only systematic party in the Russian political arena, the CPRF has played an important role in system's development and perfection. Meanwhile, it has showed a significant power in the Russian parliament and presidential elections. The CPRF will continue to hold the banner of socialism, and stick to their position of the opposition. Despite further declines in the recent trend for the internal and external problems, the CPRF is undoubtedly an important force in Russian political arena.
