Worse still, in some schools, the dealing of injury accident may influence the development of other normal educational work. In order to reduce and avoid injury accident and unnecessary troubles, some schools have to resort to unwise decisions: seal off and stop all potential injury sports facilities and lower down the intensity and difficulty of teaching plan. Therefore, Leisurely - sports class becomes widespread in some places.Based on rules and legislations currently used, this paper provides a comparatively overall analysis and research of the school injury accident and accountability confirmation. In addition, individual opinion is also provided on how to deal with injury accident and the way to develop injury insurance.The result shows that the law and the legislation provide strong evidence for accountability confirmation and dealing methods. However, direction and operability of injury accident should be enhanced.
