Transformation Of The Society Of Citizens' Orderly Political Participation Research

China has undergone outstanding social transitions and created vital historical opportunities for the public political participation since the opening of the 3rd plenary Session of the 11^th Central Committee of the Communist party of China (CCCPC). The public political participation is an essential element of the modem democratic politics, and the level of the participation is an important index to evaluate the democratization of the political life in a country. At the 16^th CCCPC, our party propounded the guideline to improve democracy systems, enrich democracy styles and expend the orderly public political participation. Thereafter, expending the orderly public political participation has become the prime strategic performance to build up our socialist political civilization. Therefore, the political participation should be put under the orderly "development" domain of China's social transition. Its connotation features and principles should be interpreted during this dynamic process. In my thesis, I will make a subtler study about "expanding the orderly political participation" and conduct a more detailed exploration into the theory of political participation, based on the feature analysis of the social transition. Through the era characteristics of the social transition, I have gained a deeper insight into the opportunities and challenges for our public political participation, and pointed out the importance and necessity of expanding orderly public political participation. In the course of analyzing the current state of public political participation, I am better aware of its rapid progress. Meanwhile, I also present the extant problems. By making a careful study of the deep-seated causes, I make a tentative suggestion about the fundamental approaches to expand the orderly public political participation.
