The Model Of China's Real Right Change

The mode of real right alteration is one of the main problems in the real right law, how to set up the mode of real right alteration in our country has been a hot topic in civil law. This paper surrounds the mode of real right alteration. On the basis of illustration about the three modes of the legislation of real right alteration in mainland legal system,the writer finds the theoretical analysis in real right alteration. Taking that as a premise, the paper further analyzes the logical relationship between real right alteration and real right publication, legal act of real right and the protection of the third party,and draws subsequent conclusions. The last part of this paper discusses the legislation of real right alteration in our country and proposes a mode of real right alternation——the mode of real right meaning doctrine.
