Acquisitive Prescription System Research

Acquisitive prescription is the important system of the traditional civil law.The current civil legislation of our country only stipulated the litigation prescription,and does not stipulated the acquisitive prescription system. With the development of socialism market economy and the improvement of the civil law system, the flaw of the singular prescription system appears more and more.To maintain exchange security and legal order,it is necessary to establish the acquisitive prescription system in our country.At present,the Property Law and the Civil Law have been drafting in our country. So it has realistic meaning to research whether or not to establish the acquisitive prescription system in our country to adapt the new ecomomy situation and perfect our whole civil law system.The paper analyzes its history,social basis, constitution and moderation with other related systems. And then,the author makes a whole design for our acquisition prescription.
