| The system of litigation time efficiency is one of the basic systems of Chinese laws. It helps stabilize social security, enforce the people's legal rights, and rightly solve the legal conflicts. But the present litigation system is too simple and far from perfection, and the lack of consistency on the value of litigation system brings lots of problems. This thesis takes the jurisprudence theorems and positive analysis to make a diagnosis on Chinese present laws. The author lends relative regulations from Hongkong and Moocow and compare different scholars' opinions to draw the conclusion that the prime value of litigation time efficiency system is to pursue social harmony, and thereafter to perfect the relative legal system. |
