Administrative responsibility is a lasting issue. Especially in the age ofadministration according to law, administrative responsibility has been the focus ofpublic interest, which means much to the establishment of the government under therule of law. The content of administrative responsibility is extensive, so I have tochoose some aspect to research. That is the forms of administrative responsibility. Thereason I choose it is the research has not been very fruitful, and the research has itsspecial significance.The framework of the paper as follows:Introduction. This part clarifies the theme and the significance of the research.Although administrative responsibility is still the focus of theoretical circles, theforms of administrative responsibility lacks of enough attention, which has muchvalue.Chapter I. This part is the overview of the forms of administrative responsibility.First, from responsibility to the forms of administrative responsibility, the papersclarifies the forms of administrative responsibility as the modes of the adverseconsequences under administrative law when organizations who own administrative power and officeholders committed illegal or inappropriate administrative act.Second, the papers introduces the forms of administrative responsibility, including thecontent and the function.Chapter II. By means of analysis and thinking, this part includes that the forms ofadministrative responsibility is imperfect. First, the system of the forms ofadministrative responsibility is in confusion. Second, the legislation of the forms ofadministrative responsibility lacks of maneuverability and scientification.
