China's Civil Service System Of Accountability For The Construction Of Research

On the background of the fast development of our socialist market economy and residential society, with the further development of democratic politics and govemment administration system reform of our country, responsible government is becoming value orientation and one important aim to Chinese government reform.Responsible government construction depending only on the vision of government is not far enough,there must exist perfect systems. Officials' duty-charging system takes right important account for the building of responsible government. It is undoublelly the source of the sincere,efficient and responsible government.This paper ,using some theories of public administration, system economic and public administrtion law, reviews development course of our officials' duty-charging system and points out the shorts of our officials' duty-charging system at present. With the hope of perfecting our coutry officials' duty-charging system ,the paper briefly sums up some important experience of western coutry officials' duty-charging system.On the basis of actual administrtion of our country and absorbing the experience of western coutry officials' duty-charging system,aimming to the shorts of our coutry officials' duty-charging system,the paper proposes the strategies and advice to further improve officials'duty-charging system of our country.The research of the paper try to do some valuable thing on prefecting of officials'duty-charging system of our country.
