Civil Liability Of Certified Public Accountants

Recently, the CPA's role, in the social economy, has been more and more manifested. The social role of CPA is not only the pubic information supplier but also points people's interests to the subject in the market economy, so as to cause into the business proceeds well on the ultimate level. The best rational identification of the CPA is to facilitate the economical development. Because the endurance of civil liability of CPA to the principal is a simple legal relationship, this article focuses on the endurance of CPA'S liability to the third party rather than the principle. This article consists of the following three parts: first,the jurisprudence base of the CPA'S civil liability; second, the principle of bear of CAP's civil liability; third, the endurance of CPA'S civil liability. These three parts are combined together so well that it will provide some proposals for the future legislation on the CAP.
