Property Management Contract, Breach Of Contract Research

The liability system for breach of contract is the core of the property management contract. In the current circumstances, the legal relationship of property management is very confusing, and the disputes can not be solved, thus, it is the great importance to study the breach liability of property management contract.This article is divided into four parts. In the first part, the author gives a general overview of the concept, characteristics, criterion of liability and the constructive requirements of the liability for breach of property management contract. The second part is carried on the analysis of the subject of liability for breach of contract. In the third part, the breach forms of property management contract are studied. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the construction of the liability system for breach of contract.
