Humane Care Of The Social Security Protection And Harmonious Social Rule Of Law And Order

This essay starts with the study which refers to the definition of the Defence and Control System of Public Security, its basic features, the background of its development and its main target. This essay also presents that the law value of the Defence and Control System of Public Security lies in realizing the movement balance between freedom and order, ensuring the harmony of fair and justice and accomplishing the people-oriented development. By analyzing the connotation and features of human, human concern, and the human concern in the Defence and Control System of Public Security using the view of jurisprudence, I put forward the idea that establishing the law and order of harmonious society needs human concern.
