Copyright Issues Of Digital Information Is Stored In The Study

Digital information resources have become one of the most important information resources. Its preservation is significant. Because of the special character of digital information resources'preservation, the methods which are used to protect the copyright couldn't apply to the new problems completely. This problem has obstructed the preservation of digital information resources. This provokes a wide concern at home and abroad.The thesis introduces the related theories of digital information and the preservation of digital information, achievements in this field from native and abroad. The writer analyses the importance and significant meaning if we can solute the problem of the copyright in the preservation of digital information resources, summarizes our shortcomings in protecting the copyright in the preservation of the digital information resources, and gives some suggestions aiming at the shortcomings. Besides, on the basis of analyzing and evaluating the items and plans, the writer puts forward some constructive methods creatively towards solving the problems in copyright and gives some opinions on perfectly establishing the system of depositing information resources in digital environment combining with actuality. At last, based on the attention to balance the copyright benefit, the writer puts forward the information rating and using system, and then proves its possibility.
