On The Role Of The Village Elite In Civil Mediation

This paper's theme is the village elite takes peacemaker's role functio n in the folk mediation system.Firstly, I turn to the folk mediation system ontology research as a ba sis for analysis in the folk mediation system as a mediator to resolve the dispute played a role. Secondly, through the operation of the civil mediatio n model / prototype , I inspected the village played by the elite as a facili tator of communication intermediaries, judge evaluation desired that the ro le of education mobilization. In fact, because of the involvement of the elit e village official and the ways of settlement of disputes ,the folk mediation system's entire "model" is fundamentally different. In this paper, the thir d chapter on dispute settlement villages elite play the role of sociological a nalysis of the law. Under the civil society's analysis frame, the Chinese civi l society's maturity of the village social supports for elite to play the role of dispute settlement provided the foundation. Finally, the reality of social conditions in China constraints, in order to give better play to the civil m ediation system to resolve disputes, we should strengthen the authority of t he village elite. Through the "response-or interactive" model, a clear civil mediation system to resolve disputes for the purpose, and is based on the national elite and the village community's status as an intermediary countr y and the people from social interaction between the two sides to strength en their perspective authority.
