Information Network Transmission Right Protection

In these year, piracy became a big problem ,International organizations and many countries already constitute and revise law in order to resolve this issue, China as well. This text is to bring up a proposal of improving our information network safety system on the analytical basis, so as to make this topic to be discussed in-depth and provide assistance to legislation.This text consists of 4 chapters. The 1st chapter is to analyse the legislation of information network radiation in the international organizations & countries in Europe and USA, as well as China. It also expounds the meaning of information network radiation. The 2nd chapter is to define the piracy caused by the network service provider and agent, as well as the special piracy cases caused by the new network technology. After the definition, it also comes up with a proposal of how to balance the interest between public and copyrighter. The 3rd chapter is to introduce the protection system including obligee self-protection and justice protection. The 4th chapter brings up the ideas of obligee self-protection, justice protection. and forming our network radiation protection system.
