| Immission is an important part in civil law system, belonging to the neighboring relations, which is the adjustment of real estate adjacent to the noise, sunlight, dust and other substances caused the harm of the dispute. States vary in the way that provides the content, which are quite useful to perfect our Immission system. It is the first time that Immission was given a place in the field of civil law by the new "Law on Real Right" promulgation, but there is still room for improvement. Based on comparative law practices, I research on this system, putting forward some sound proposals to perfect ours. |
