Study Of Chinese Communist Party Democracy Building

Inner-party democracy is a life of the party .the key to china' s problem is the CPC, whose key problem is the construction and development of is itself .The democratic problem within the party is a significant theoretical and practical topic, which is worthy of our high attention and need to be solved urgently . This article holds that inner-party democracy is the system and democratic life in which all party members, on an equal footing, in light of the rules of party constitution, in accordance with the principle of democratic centralism, have a hand in, decide and manage party affairs directly or indirectly in party's political life. It is an organic unity of scientific system and healthy political life.The article is divided into four parts. Chapter one describes the general theories of inner-party democracy, on the basis of analyzing the connotation of democracy and the implication, features, rules and trend of the democracy of inner-party, this chapter gives a brief account of the gradually deepened theoretical understanding of inner-Party democracy from Marx and Engles, Lenin to the CPC, and sets forth the important significance of developing the inner-Party democracy of the CPC. Chapter two reviews and summarizes the practical course and experiences and lessons of inner-party democracy and attempts to summarizes the universal law and the future direction of the construction of the inner-party democracy in terms of history . In order to make the focal points standout and have an object in view in the Inner-Party democracy building of the CPC during the new period, chapter three made a concrete analysis to the outstanding problem existing in present Inner-Party democracy building of the CPC, and has analyzed the origin that the question produces from such respects as politics, economy, culture and realizing, etc. The last chapter proceeds questions that put forward above, explores and studies concret countermeasures institutionalization of the constitution of Inner-party democracy in four respects . Inner-party democracy building of the CPC is a huge and complicated systemic project. It has to be solved through four respects. Namely: Regard training the Party member's democratic consciousness as the guide; Regard guaranteeing the party member's democratic rights as the foundation; and perfect construction of reasonable Inner-party power structure as the key with the reform; Regard strengthening the construction of inner-party procetures as the guarantee. This thesis uising the metheod of systematic analysis , regards the inner-party democracy as a system. Thinking that we must find a comprehensive way to build it .On the precondition of adhering the system of democratic centralization, we should pefect a set of scientific and standard system.
