Since 1980's, China experienced massive peasant workers transfer with the acceleration of Reformation policy, especially the evolvement on market leading economic system reformation. This is known as the period that peasants turn to " Peasant workers ". Billions of peasants' moving into the urban achieved great miracle. They made vital contribution to our economy development and created noticeable Social and finacial effects. Their moving in not only released the press from country employment, but also provided powerful back-up on living quality of urban citizens and urban development. Therefore, the peasant workers has become a must function and structure of current social life from the minor role at the quite beginning. Unfortunately, our dualistic social structure under high speed economic development caused urban and rural dualistic social security and as a new social group, Peasant workers was excluded by social security. They had to face execrable living condition, the repulsion from society and even the discrimination of urban citizen.The article gets into the topic form the living condition of country labour, applys demonstration analysis as the main method and accompany with quantitative research. The article takes the country labour in downtown of Guiyang as the object to do deep research and analysis to undersatnd the living condition of them. Finally, we hope to solve the difficulty of country labours in Guizhou province by efficient social recources conformity under ways like government, community and the third party, the media etc. The 1st part of article introduces the background, purpose, meaning and the value of this research; the 2nd part of it is the summary of this research field and related concepts; the 3rd part of it introducs the living condition and difficulty of country labour including age, gender, employment situation, social security, children education and psychic life etc.; the 4th part of it puts forward the meaning & function of providing social support's possibility under current society; the 5th part of it is the countermeasure of how to provide such formal and informal social support.
