Rural Women, Village Affairs To Participate In The Study

Human society is composed of men and women. Women as the participant of all activities, is an important contributor to human progress. Political participation is the core of modern democracy and the inevitable requirement of socialist political civilization. It is also the plan of a harmonious society. Rural women are an important force in rural development. As a social mainstay, rural women's participation in village affairs is to be the development of grass-roots democracy. This paper starts with the social sex theory and the political participation theory; apply the political, administration, social, statistical comprehensive theory and micro positive research methods and etc. This paper is based on previous studies, given the extensive content of rural women's participation in village affairs with systematic and non-systematic arrangement; searches the basic condition of rural women participation in village affairs; summarizes the questions which in rural women's participation in village affairs; found the effective countermeasure for promoting the rural women's participation in village affairs.
