From the view on the history of copyright law , The copyright law is not necessary before the invention of typography, because the humanities and the arts is the only thing to which people pay attention, and economic interests is not concerned. Typography developing, the creative results can be substantial copy, distribute, and have an enormous economic value, the legal protection of copyrights become necessary. The invention of radio, television, and video machines, photocopiers, computers and digital network technology and equipment always promote the evolution of copyright law. It can be said that copyright protection originated in the development of technology, and the amendments, evolution of copyright law also closely linked with the advancement of technology. The burst of internet companies bubble marks a turning point in the Internet in the autumn of 2001 (dot-com). The survivors summed up some characteristics of their companies, these companies have been called WEB2.0 companies. WEB2.0 is a new Internet era. In this article the writer describes the characteristics of WEB2.0, analysis the conflict between the characteristics of the network at this stage and the traditional intellectual property rights, and strive to find the best balance of the rights of copyright holders and the public, and establish net copyright law which is consistent with the characters of internet, and properly protect a the interests of all copyright owner.This article has the following four parts: the first part, describe the characteristics of the Internet of WEB2.0 era. Through analyzing several WEB2.0 representative companies, extract the characteristics of the modern Internet and this is the basis of this article. The second part, the writer selects three typical copyrights problems caused by three internet technologies as subjects to discuss which have great impactions on internet copyrights protection, including links, P2P and multimedia works. The author has conducted the thorough study on the internet copyrights legal protection by synthetically utilizing comparison analytic method, case study technique and so on, and also has made the legal analysis on the copyrights protection as aspects with emphasis in view of the current internet three new technologies. The third part sums up the impact on traditional copyright protection. The fourth part is some personal advices of our country's current legislation. On the ground of, it points out some problems existed in the current laws and regulations. At the same time, the author boldly raises some feasible suggestions focus on those existing problems. The article is only author's some coarse views. Not right, honestly begs to make corrections .In brief, hope that the research of this article can contribute labor and materials for building and improving China's internet copyrights law system.
