On "coalition Government" Advocate The Chaintech Role In A Constitutional Democracy Movement

The position statement of "The Coalition government" by the Communist Party of China was the connecting spot of modern China democratic constitutionalism movement. Experienced from the Chongqing Negotiations, the political consultative conference, the bourgeois democracy constitutional government erupting, the civil war, series comprehensive crisis, the liberated area military administration reform, to the new political consultative conference convening, the final result and historical choice was the defeat of Kuomintang's "a party political tutelege" system and the victory of the Chinese Communist Party's proposal of constructing Coalition government.
