We can say this is a course that criminal culture and democracy spirit has been released and embodied. Especially, in 1996, the criminal procedure law has definitude the criminal suspect to the litigant and enlarged his rights and tried to ensure it can be put into practice.But undoubtedly, every procedure main- part position is established not only needing confirmed in the law but also getting practical implement. In fact, though we had confirmed he procedure main-part and rights, meanwhile, because of lacking the legislative and judicial double levels' rights preserve and system ensure and the criminal suspect position of criminal suspect has not been accomplished actually.
