The relationships between Civil Society and the State,we should say they are an both old and new theoretical and practical issues.This dissertation aims to study the relationships between Western Civil Society and the State,and trying to sort out its theory and being doctrinal reflection,attention to China's Civil Society and State.The dual antagonistic relations between Western Civil Society and the State can not be used to summarize the situation of both China's past,and can not suitable for the design of the future of China.China's Civil Society-State relations ideal goal is to construct a model of balanced interaction.The first chapter studies the evolution of Civil Society-State theory.They has gone through three stages:the same before in pre-modern,the binary relation in modern,the ternary relationship in contemporary.The second chapter studies the unity of opposites dialectical relationships between the Civil Society and the State.It is not only criticize the opposition relations,but also reflection the cooperation relationships.The third chapter studies the characteristics of between China's Civil Society and the State,and explore the mode of balance and interaction.The harmonious structure between the Civil Society and the State is "Non-zero-sum game",but co-operation interaction in China.The endings concludes the inherent correlations between the harmonious relationships of the Civil Society-the State and the harmonious society.Harmonious society builts on the base of harmonious relationships of Civil the Society-the State,the ultimate goal of good relationships between the Civil Society and the State is to establish a harmonious society.
