Analysis Of The Management Of The Civil Service Ceremony

Along with the unceasing advancement of our country's administrative reform, numerous social achievements have been made. Meanwhile, the motivation of material interests and one-sided pursuit of administrative efficiency make some leaders ignore the cultivation of civil servants'spiritual qualities, such as the sense of responsibility, morality, professional accomplishment, etc. Due to its regulated and reasonable procedures, effective contrast of on-the-spot atmosphere and formulated language use and behaviors, civil servant management ritual can be greatly impacted on a number of civil servants in terms of their psychology and their correct selection of values and behaviors; it is supposed to be a method of cultural management applied to civil servants'professional lives. How to specific and analyze a system of civil servant management ritual is the focus of this study.This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, the paper defines the concept of civil servant management ritual. In addition, the functions of civil servants management ritual and the way in which the ritual functions are elaborated. Finally, essential factors and issues on how to regulate the ritual system are discussed, and a brief analysis is conducted from the perspective of examples.
