Electronic Error Theoretical Research

With the development of new technology, new legal issues have also appeared. This paper is to study the problem of electro-error, which is from the new technology. In this paper, according to analyzing the affection, which is from new technology, to express of meaning and the theory of traditional error, we can get electro-error. Not only does the author discuss the concept of electro-error and distinguish imported and non-imported electro-error to give different civil relieves, but also under the viewpoint of electro-error, the author probes into the protection of consumer rights. At last, by the case of"Xu Ting", the author expatiates that the case applies to criminal law of China and the problem of criminalization by using electro-error.
