Without the research of co-perpetrators, we can't resolve some of the problems of joint crime. In the judicatory practice, as the phenomenon of co-perpetrators happened frequently, strengthening the research of co-perpetrators become very important. Base on the above consideration, this article take co-perpetrators as the object of research, and investigate the concept, characteristic, essence, type of co-perpetrators and the established conditions of co-perpetrators. Firstly, this article relates the co-perpetrators as a whole, including describing the differences between complicity and perpetrator, the concept of co-perpetrators and so on. After that, this article relates the established conditions of co-perpetrators, including the subjective and objective actus reus. Furthermore, this article relates the type of the co-perpetrators, including complicity co-perpetrators, unpremeditated co-perpetrators, successive co-perpetrators, one-sided co-perpetrators and the co-perpetrators of aggregated consequential offense. This article dissertates on the base of the theory of criminal commonness, but isn't limited to it. This article demonstrates the related problems of co-perpetrators from different angles, hoping make some contribution to the research of the related problems of co-perpetrators of our country.
