The Legal Problems Of Outer Space Research

The thesis briefly states the emergence, development and basic principals of outerspace legal system. It narrates and analyzes the state liability and compensation in outerspace exploration and utilization, giving advices for international settlement of disputes .And with the reinforcement of depending on space in modern wars, some countries have been enacted correspondingly for the militarization and arms of outerspace . The paper points out that China must face to perfect the outerspace legal system and international arrangement, to ensuring stratagem security and benefit of the country.
