According to China's Constitution, the people's procuratorate of the People's Republic of China is state legal supervisory organs. Its duty is cracking down crime, protecting human rights, reunificating the right in order to maintain law. At the same time, supervision of the country's public servants of the job-related crimes is an important part duty. In August 2003, people's supervisors experimental work was performed in Sichuan, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang, and other 10 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities with the Supreme People's Procuratorate approved by the Central Committee and the NPC Standing Committee ,in order to resolve long-standing fight against job-related crimes prosecution enough, prosecutors with the number of specific issues in the investigation and handling of internal job-related crimes of corruption, promoting the reform of the mechanism of prosecution, achieving sustainable development, answering "who is watching the watchers" in order to safeguard social fairness and justice .The prosecution's investigation of specific activities in the operation were constrained from external power. The system of people's supervisors has supervised a number of cases successfully, safeguarded effectively the interests of justice and protected the prosecution independently by law.But as a new thing, there are different options on the theory and practice, of which a number of issues have not yet reached a consensus. The paper puts forward ideas and programs in order to make the system further improve and develop by contrasting with the system of people's supervisors, studying of the status quo in areas such as inspection, and conjuncting with the judicial practice of some of the problems encountered...
