Administration To Enforce The Model

China's pursuit of administrative enforcement is to achieve the interests of the dual objective of administrative efficiency and protection of civil rights , in view of the many problems that exist in reality, the focus of this paper is that what kind of model of administrative enforcement to guarantee the above-mentioned goals.The text of thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 is overview of administrative enforcement, which determined the meaning of Administrative Enforcement by comparing the content of administrative enforcement right and relative content; Introduces the kinds of administrative enforcement model and the factors related to the formation of administrative enforcement model.Chapter 2 analyzed China's t the existing administrative enforcement model, described the problems on legislation and practice of current administrative enforcement model, explored the causes of the problem, in order to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of current Situation.Chapter 3 introduced foreign administrative enforcement model, learned experience of the establishment of administrative enforcement mode by analyzing several representative models and their causes.Chapter 4 is about the administrative enforcement pattern that our country should be established, claimed establish the pattern that "The implementation of the executive authorities is the norm , the implementation of People's Court is to supplement" ,and listed related systems to perfect the pattern.
