With the development of the civilization of law system and the improvement of the ideas about the education purpose,the rectification eduacation for the community has become the core of the retification in various countries,the priority for human beings in their criminal concepts is beneficial not only the realizaton of the functions of punishment but also the construction of the humonious society.The Marxist philosophy reveals the historical materialism theme that man is able to be rebuilt;and psychology demonstrates the psychological mechanism that the quality of being able to be rebuilt of human;whearas sociology provides the basic proof on mathodology for the field of research about the process of human beings'socializaton,especially the infulence on the individual's resocialization.The content,principles,and the forms of the rectifaction education system varies from country to country due to the different current political systems,ideologies,economic systems, history and cultures and the concepts of education in each nation.:The mature practice and experience in the developed countries or regions,for example,the United States,Japan,Australia, The Great Britain,are worthy our learning theoretically as well as practically.The system has the following qulities:pertinence and continuity on content,diversity on appoach,normality on operation.The disadvantages lie in the lack of the guarantee of the quality of the volunteers and the scientific evaluation of the results.With the situations of the pinciple of taking man for the piotity and the creation of the harmonious society,first we made pilots in Beijing and Shanghai,then other provinces and regions followed the samples nationwide.At the pilot stage,the system has achieved better social effect,with the 0.2%recrimial rate of the educated criminals.The anticipated goal hasn't reached due to our system absence of law support,the nonstandard system,the monotony of the educational content and methods and the shortage of the related personnels,as well as the lack of seriousness and unity and maneuverability of the educational work,in addition to the fair random.Materially speaking,the construction of the new mode of our recification education for the community can follow the principles below:firstly,in guiding thought,it should adhere to the pinciple of people foremost,giving the fight of the dignity as a person to the criminals who serve their term of imprisonment to accept their revelant education activiely.Scondly,the tasks should located the aspects such as,the translation of the thought of the criminals,the rectifacation of the bad criminal habits,the organization of the public labour,the cultivation of labour habits,the enforcement of vocational training,provide craeer guidance and so on.Thirdly,it should follow these principles:adaptation to different methods in link with different persons,convincement of the criminals by the reasonable facts,moving forward step by step, practise in the reality for the educational purpose,the social recification so on and so forth. Fourthly,the content of rectification education is composed of the stages:the beginning of rectification,normal education,compishment of rectification education,which should given various content according to different stage.The the beginning stage emphasizes the acknowledge of their commitments and sevice of their imprisonment,the education on the importance of following the disciplins;normal educationa sresses the significance of the education on ideology and politics,the quality and culture,psychological health,vocational skills training etc;at the stage of accomplishment of rectification,we make more efforts on the education for their adeptation to the society.Fifthly,the mothod of the education should adapt the way of a combination of the collective,classified,individual and auxiliary forms.Sixthly,the implement of the education has different forms on the different stages.A rectification education plan is established in accordance with the investigation and analysis of the newly recified criminals,at the second stage,the emphasis rests with the build of the case plans of the rectification education for the community and at the same time giving the evaluation the results and examination.Seventhly,the structure of the educational system should include the systems on work,management of the majority,the management on the criminals who will accep their punishment,and the content.Eighthly,the three channels,that is,enlagement of the number of the exactive judicial staff,the election the professional judicial personnel,making good use of the human resource in the community,can be used in the process of the development of rectification education for the community.Ninthly,we strike for the constucture of the evaluation system for the results of rectification education for the community with the content and method of valuation as the core.
