Current Research On The Governance Model Of Local Government

Since china carries on the reform and adopts the opening policy, economic restructuring has made important progress and social-marked economy has basically formed. However, the administrative reform,which takes transforming government's function and enhancing the ability that government supply services as main contents, lags behind social development. The public services government supplied can't meet people's needs, so the government have to take on a more significant responsibility. On the other hand,the economic globalization has brought the new challenge to local governments'work. But the present pattern of the government is difficult to deal with the challenge,which need us urgently to locate the government pattern again. According to the demand of social development and the tendency that public administration in our country as well as other nations develops, the goal is to change from control administration to service administration, shift the government functions to the macroeconomic regulation and control, the market supervision, the social management and the public services, make governing pattern of the government change from the traditional control management to public-serviced management.After studying the theory and practice about the domestic and foreign governments'governing pattern, analyzing the drawbacks that our local governments construct governing pattern of the service government and proving the important document of constructing effective governing pattern of the local governments, the idea about governing pattern of local service governments being good at managing, specific measures and countermeasures are proposed by the article.
