On Security Obligations

The obligation of security is the protection and consideration of life and property from one person to the other in the same civil law relationship. It has great importance in protecting the body and property right of human being. No institution can develop in one moment, so do the obligation of security. By the time goes by, the type and range is always developing and be perfected. In this article, I introduced the relative theory of the obligation of security in Chinese and foreign country, based on this, I draw the opinion of: the concept and nature of the obligation of security, the person who has the right and the person who has the obligation, the principle of how to ascertain who has the duty, the person who has the obligation how to undertake and the range of obligation, when one damage others alone or with others people together.
