Divorce Mediation Mechanism

Divorce mediation is important to resolve disputes and estrangement between the couples and this mechanism is also good for constructing the harmonious society. In history, there were several mediation systems which could be used to resolve disputes. The divorce mediation mechanism is also exist in foreign countries, and in China, the parties in divorce cases should receive mediation with the system of Court Mediation, though some flaws exist in this system. So this dissertation focuses on the issue of divorce mediation.
