China Constitutionalism View

Constitutional path is a kind of way which includes the establishment, enforcement and modification of constitution. The Path in west countries covers natural mode of Britain, contractual mode of American and constructing mode of France. Different mode is determined on different economical, political and cultural element. However, China's situation is different from the west. So China chooses to copy the others'way compulsively. Although China has had several times of choice, it has not handled the path well. So China already only has the constitution but not the constitutional politics. However, the new China now chooses to go with the constitutional way, and China now already has the economical and political base. So we should take this way by our own theory. We should perfect our constitutional politics by modification of the present status.
